Should I get another BS or start a MS Degree?

I have a BS in Telecommunications, but I would like to have a degree in computer science. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about doing this. Should I take a two year course and get another BS or would it be possible to get a MS and take the beginning classes of a computer science major? Also, what online schools can be trusted and top quality in their teaching? Thanks everyone.
