Are there any cartoons/anime similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender?

I'm not necessarily looking for a cartoon or anime with elemental powers or magic or any of that, but rather an adventurous one. One that is not too long and is not filled with fillers. You know, one that gives you that good feeling like after watching the first Pirates of the Caribbean or Lords of the Rings. The only one I can think of right now is Samurai Champloo, but I've seen it already. Anyway, I hope you guys can help :)
