How do you replace a GU24 bulb socket?

My toddler knocked over our new floor lamp. the top plate of the GU24 light bulb socket broke so now the light bulb doesn't lock in. It just has to balance on top. And also the switch on the side is bent so now it is difficult to turn on and off. Is this something I can order and do myself, or do I need to take it to a repair shop?
