What are top tier for this yugioh format and future?

Many people think six samurais are top tier one. And other good ones are tengu plant, chaos plants, etc. But for the future, what deck are going to be the top tier. I honestly, think Six samurais days are limited. I think psychics and tengu will be the top. What are your opinions?
