Xbox 360 repair weirdness?

When i request a repair on the site for my Xbox 360, i run through the gauntlet and at the end when it gives you the number to check on your repair status i check on it and every time it says "you recent repair request/order has been cancelled. Can anyone help, or would I have to call and find out with them?
